Aligned Living is a holistic approach to wellbeing that honors the full picture — body, mind, emotions, and season of life. Rather than chasing fixes or rigid plans, this work creates space to slow down, listen inward, and rebuild trust with yourself in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.

This isn’t about becoming someone new or getting it “right”. It’s about reconnecting with what you already know, honoring where you are, and building a life that feels steady, nourishing, and true to you.

Meet Christine

Holistic wellness rooted in inner wisdom

My work is rooted in the belief that your body carries wisdom worth listening to. Rather than focusing on fixing or forcing change, I support women in slowing down, tuning inward, and creating wellbeing that feels steady, nourishing, and sustainable.

My path into this work did not begin with a perfect plan. It grew slowly through lived experience — personal health journeys, motherhood, and learning what it takes to care for yourself in real life.

I’m a holistic wellness & lifestyle coach who supports women through seasons of transition — when life feels full, uncertain, or quietly asks for something different. My approach blends nourishment, movement, mindset, and intuitive practices, always grounded in the belief that your body holds wisdom worth listening to.

Alongside my coaching work, I co-founded and helped build Vibe Well, a community-rooted wellness cafe and juice bar. Building a values-led business while navigating family life, health, and growth, deeply shaped how I support women today — with compassion, realism, and respect for where they are.

I believe you don’t need fixing. You need space, support, and practical tools to reconnect with yourself and create a life that feels steady, nourishing, and true.

You’re allowed to evolve. What you need today may look different than what you needed before — and that’s part of living in alignment.

There’s no timeline to follow and nothing to fix. You don’t need to be further along to begin — you just need space to be exactly where you are.

I believe that true well-being begins with learning how to listen — to your body, your energy, and your inner wisdom. My approach to nourishment, movement, and inner work is rooted in lived experience and shaped by seasons of change that required me to slow down, pay attention, and rebuild trust with myself.
